When will I get access to the programme?

Immediately! After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email which includes your ALIGN workbook.
How is the course formatted?
​
All of your materials are contained within a PDF workbook, where you'll find handouts that correspond with each webinar, allowing you to consolidate your learning, links to your weekly webinars and your recipes.
I already have a busy schedule - how much time would i have to commit to the programme each week?
​
ALIGN has been designed to fit around your existing commitments, rather than take over them. You'll need around 30 minutes each week to go through the materials, and you can dedicate as much or as little time as you'd like to the weekly tasks. These are simply suggestions as to how you can take actionable steps towards your health goals by implementing the learnings for the week.
Can I complete the programme in one sitting?​
​
I wouldn't recommend doing so, as when making sustainable changes to our health, it's important that we do so gradually, rather than trying to change too much all at once. Instead, I'd recommend that you spread these materials over a 6-week period, allowing you to focus on one key nutrition fundamental each week, practicing implementing the learnings, trying the recipes, and building those life-long habits.
How long do I have access to the ALIGN materials for?
